Important!

To secure your child’s place, the first month’s tuition is due at enrollment and will be applied to their first month of attendance. Application and registration fees are also required to complete enrollment.

Reverse Tuition Model (to be explained)

At Kindred Montessori Academy, tuition goes down as children grow.
You’ll see the highest tuition in our youngest programs and a lower tuition in Elementary.

Why we do it

  • True cost of care: Infants/toddlers and primary students require more adults per child, diapering/toileting support, naps, and more hands-on care. That makes the program more costly to run than Elementary.

  • Fairness over time: As children gain independence and need less one-on-one care, the cost to serve them decreases—so we pass those savings back to families.

  • Predictable affordability: Families can plan ahead knowing their annual costs trend downward as their child moves up.

How it looks at KMA (2025–2026)

  • Toddler (18–36 months): $1,275/mo

  • Early Childhood/Primary (3–6 years): $1,150/mo

  • Elementary (1st–6th): $1,000/mo

Our Montessori Materials Fee also scales down by level (Toddler → Primary → Elementary), reinforcing the same principle of decreasing cost over time.

What to expect as your child advances

  • Program transitions: When your child moves up to a new program level, tuition adjusts to that level’s rate starting with the next billing cycle.

  • Extended hours: Tuition covers the core school day. Before/after-care is optional and billed monthly at posted rates.

  • Simple payments: Tuition is billed monthly. We don’t offer tuition discounts for paying in advance—instead, the model itself lowers your cost as your child grows.

A quick example

A family starting with a 3-year-old in Primary pays $1,150/mo this year.
When that child is ready for Elementary, their tuition drops to $1,000/mo—a built-in savings that continues every month thereafter.
